Although smaller than expected, the stick has good ingredients.

I first used it on a sore, stiff neck and it really seemed to help! I then ended up with an achy shoulder so put it on there. Felt good, but had to keep applying as the shoulder just continued to cause me issues. Overall, I thought it was a wonderful product!
