Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Add the chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch to the baking pan (I hate extra dishes) and stir well to combine.

Add the eggs and heavy cream to a medium bowl and whisk well to combine.

Pour the egg mixture over the chicken.

Top with the cheddar and mozzarella.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set.

Serve with a drizzle of ranch and hot sauce mixture.

Quick and Easy Garlic Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
3 lb Chicken breast (cooked, cubed or shredded....I've also used rotisserie chicken when I was in a hurry. Season your chicken to taste)
1 cup of bacon crumbles
1 lb Frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed to drain excess liquid)
2 tablespoons of minced garlic (you can cut back if you don't have garlic lovers like I do)
1 teaspoon of onion powder
2 cups Ranch dressing (I use Primal Kitchen)
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine the chicken, bacon, spinach, garlic, ranch dressing, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well incorporated... directly in your 9 x 13 casserole dish because seriously...who wants extra dishes?
Top with remaining shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese ( which is 1/2 cup of each)
Bake for about 15-20 minutes ( or until all melty and awesome)
Instructions:
Rinse the dandelion flowers under cold water and remove any green parts or stems.
Place the flowers in a pot and add 4 cups of water.
Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Strain the tea through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the flowers.
If desired, add honey or lemon to taste.
Serve and enjoy your medicinal dandelion flower tea!
