AGNUS DEIFROM THE CIRIO PASCHUAL CANDLE!
Cloistered nuns have been producing these (as they have done for centuries), with the leftovers of past "cirios pascuales" (A "cirio pascual" is the very thick candle, with the Alpha and the Omega symbols on it, that is blessed during Resurrection Mass every year).
The wax from that cirio pascual is given to cloister nuns, to be put in lockets with the Agnus Dei imprint on it, too. That is why there ARE new Agnus Dei every year in the world. And even if they have not been blessed by the Pope, they are still an important and very powerful sacramental (and have been blessed by a priest!).
I can not stress enough how important and powerful this sacramental is folks!
For example, my friend was telling me the story of an Exorcist. He told her that he needed this Agnus Dei for his "patients", and that he had a hard time finding them!
We are blessed to have a limited quantity of these special sacramentals! They ARE different (as explained above)...yet still powerful as the exorcist stated!

O My Lord Jesus Christ, the True Lamb Who takest away the sins of the world; by Thy mercy, which is infinite, pardon my iniquities, and by Thy sacred Passion, preserve me this day from all sin and evil.
I carry about me this holy Agnus Dei in Thy honor, as a preservative against my own weakness, and as an incentive to the practice of that meekness, humility, and innocence which Thou has taught us. I offer up to Thee as an entire oblation, and in memory of that sacrifice of love which Thou didst offer for me on the cross, and in satisfaction for my sins. Accept this oblation, I beseech Thee, O my God, and may it be acceptable to Thee in the odor of sweetness. Amen.

I got it in good time. (It did not take long at all). I previously purchased a gold Agnus Dei heart, which I love. I love the silver one too, but I may make it a gift to someone I know it would mean a lot to. No doubt I will purchase another one down the road. They are very special.

I ordered the set of three of the Agnus Dei. I didn't have a chain for it, so I have pinned it to my clothing with a tiny safety pin, and I love having this little heart pinned over my heart, where I notice it during the day and remember to give my heart to Him. I have one, gave one to my daughter and saving the third to decide how I will use it. It is a lovely sacramental and I am happy to have received it. I previously had ordered these, but misplaced them, and they are not always available, so I was glad to get them (after they had been sold out for a while.) & will not misplace these this time.
