My Interview on EWTN's Ave Maria Radio

I was a guest on Dr. Coleen Kelly Mast's show on EWTN's Ave Maria Radio Show, this past Saturday. 

I had turned down all radio and tv interviews since 2006. 

Dr. Mast is a friend and I decided, after prayer, that the Lord is now calling me "out" of my "comfort zone".

I've been asked to do video by another well known Catholic friend and I have several other interviews I may actually do. 

I know it's hard to believe..but... I'm still very self conscious.  I finally realized it is not about ME or about my "comfort zone"...it's about helping others.  

In the interview with Dr. Mast, I talk about my love of medicine and what delayed my medical degree, my formerly agnostic husband, home education, growing up with a clinically depressed mother, my 100 pound weight loss, and many other things.
